Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unused and unworn.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
All returns are free of charge. TheRiderBag will cover the cost of return shipping for every eligible return.
Once your return request is approved, a return label will be provided along with drop-off instructions for your nearest collection point.
Returned parcels remain under your responsibility until received by our team.
We still recommend using the provided tracked return label to ensure secure delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@theriderbag.co.uk, specifying your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or refusal of your return.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
